Here's another working solution for SAMSUNG C160 / C160M insert sim card problem, tested and working solution. The phone's history is not wet or water damaged. It was just happened told by the user. The procedures is in below on how to fix the said insert sim card problem of  SAMSUNG C160.

And the solution is, remove the highlighted capacitor on the PCB board.
